Upcoming Interview with Emma Otheguy

I'm excited to announce that we will be interviewing Emma Otheguy, author of Silver Meadows Summer, for our May podcast!

I recommended "Silver Meadows Summer" last spring as part of my summer reading recs column. So I am super excited to be chatting with Emma soon! Here's what the book is about:

When 11-year-old Carolina’s dad loses his job, she has to move with her family from Puerto Rico to upstate New York to stay with relatives. Attempting to avoid her bossy cousin, Gabriela, Carolina makes friends with Jennifer. Together, the girls spend the summer exploring an abandoned cabin near a local farm, creating a place where they can work on their art together. When the cabin is threatened, Carolina must come up with a plan to save her newfound sanctuary.

Have you read "Silver Meadows Summer"? Do you have questions for Emma about her book or her life as an author? Leave your questions in the comments below  by Monday, March 30, for the chance to have them featured in the interview!
